Ben Cade, Founder and CEO

Ben has a proven track record in establishing and scaling businesses. Prior to Trustonic, Ben founded Linaro the Open Source Software venture backed by IBM, Samsung, ARM and other key industry stakeholders. During his tenure at ARM he established and led the Security Division, helped scale the Infrastructure Business Unit from zero revenue to eight figures in under 18 months, and helped establish the ARM M&A and Corporate Venture Capital function. Over his career Ben has worked in major Asian and European blue chip companies as well as at the front line in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) operating globally. His passion lies in taking bold ideas and great people and turning them into businesses. He holds an Executive MBA from the London Business School and a Masters in Engineering from Southampton University.

Dan Rawlings, Chief Commercial Officer

Dan is the Chief Commercial Officer of Trustonic, with responsibilities that include global sales, marketing, business development and customer success.  Dan brings a consistent, 20-year track record of providing senior executive leadership, and he has consistently helped companies large and small reach new levels of successful growth and customer value delivery.

Focused on customer and market needs, Dan has been providing senior leadership and growth expertise to high-value software and technology solutions in areas such as security & risk management, mobility, enterprise software, advanced analytics & big data.

Prior to joining Trustonic, Dan led Oracle’s North American Enterprise Risk Management & Security solutions, and has also held Chief Revenue Officer positions at ID Analytics, Tyfone, and Smith Micro Software.  Prior positions also included CEO of a publicly-traded cloud-based provider of strategic sourcing & supplier management solutions.

Richard Hayton, CTO, Trustonic

Richard Hayton, CTO

Prior to Trustonic, Richard was Chief Architect for Citrix Mobility, where he was responsible for crafting the XenMobile Enterprise Mobility Suite. During almost 20 years at Citrix, he led projects ranging from embedded software to global enterprise systems, with a focus on user and developer experience. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Cambridge University, focusing on identity federation for users, devices and services.

Christophe Colas, SVP Products and Licensing, Trustonic

Christophe Colas, SVP Products and Licensing

Christophe Colas is Head of Products and Licensing at Trustonic. He is also Chair of the Device Committee and a Board Director at GlobalPlatform. Earlier, Christophe held various marketing and R&D management positions in Trusted Logic and Trusted Logic Mobility (acquired by Gemalto), Ingenico (leader in EFT/POS terminals) and Bull CP8 (smartcard-related products). He is a graduate of the “Ecole des Mines” and holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration.

Nik Newark, VP Engineering

Nik Newark, VP Engineering

Nik Newark is responsible for the product development teams within Trustonic. He was previously the Director of Engineering for Citrix Systems, where he oversaw the development of the XenDesktop product. Before joining Citrix, he led the test and productisation functions at a security startup in Silicon Valley.

Nik holds a BA (Hons) in Computing and Artificial Intelligence from Sussex University.

Sue Gibson, VP People

Sue Gibson, VP People

Sue is responsible for overseeing the talent and development within Trustonic on a global basis, working alongside the Executive and Leadership teams. Sue has experience in both HR and Training and Development having spent time in the hi tech and bio sectors, technical consultancies and FMCG. She has worked in a number of startups in a senior role as HRD, in and around Cambridge. The People team in Trustonic covers the global operations and resources.

Andrew Day, VP Commercial Operations

Andrew Day, Head of Finance

Andrew heads up Trustonic’s global finance and administration function, acting as a business partner, commentator, custodian and scorekeeper to the group companies. Previous to this, Andrew held a number of finance and management roles at ARM, BMW AG and Ernst & Young. Andrew holds a first class degree in Engineering from Birmingham University and is a Chartered Accountant.
