Pioneering cyber security business, Trustonic, and leading Swedish database company, Mimer, have announced the commercial release of ‘Mimer Trust’.
Based on the collaboration initially established in 2022, the Mimer Trust product successfully combines the strengths of Mimer’s Mimer SQL database with Trustonic’s secure platform, Kinibi, to deliver trusted data management for OEMs.
Building on its capability, both parties announced the development of Mimer Trust 2.0 in November 2022 to provide additional security capabilities and optimized performance, including deeper integration with Mimer SQL, multi-level access control, remote API, reduced runtime memory overhead and more.
Committed to working together to solve the complex challenges OEMs face with data security, Trustonic and Mimer have now officially released Mimer Trust for commercial deployment.
A proven and robust security solution, Mimer Trust effectively collects, monitors and protects all connected device and/or vehicle data to comply with GDPR and wider privacy legislation, without compromising on device speed, performance or user experience.
Aside from enabling OEMs to adhere to the latest industry requirements, it also ensures end users can be safe in the knowledge that all data is fully protected and secure.
